Mommy and Me Matching Fall Jackets for Mother and Son
Since having David I’ve always browsed the idea of us having match outfits. We’ve had matching sneakers plenty of times, but that’s as for as it got. I thought it would be fun and cute to match my little guy, so I went for it.
As the weather began to get cooler I went searching for fall weather sweaters and jackets for the kids. As a frugal mom who’s ALWAYS looking for a discount especially on kids clothes, I went searching online. I bookmarked and saved a few items, but nothing is like going in store and checking out the items for yourself (if you have them time). I made my way to my nearest Gap Factory Store. Their children’s section never fail me. I went straight to the boys section because in my opinion it’s easy to shop for boys. There were so many items I loved and knew would look great on David. I kept looking around and I saw this Sherpa-Lined Cord Jacket. I grabbed it and never looked back. I even got him camel colored shoes to match. After shopping for all 3 kids I made my way to check out. I spotted the denim version of David’s jacket in womens and I had to get it. There was no way I was leaving without it.
I am so happy with the purchase of these jackets. They are warm and the perfect weight due to the lining in the jacket. I’m keeping my fingers crossed and hoping this jacket will fit him next fall. * I couldn’t resist and got my jacket in the kid verison for the girls. Pictures coming soon.
** When I purchased David’s jacket at the Gap Factory Store it was already on sale and I used their discount code to get 15% off. David’s exact jacket is currently on sale at the Gap for cheaper
